Q. Is the App paid?

A:- Yes. But the customer can use the App for 1 month on credit and make the payment after 1month from the date of subscription.

Q. My requirement is fulfilled but I am still getting calls, can I delete my post?

A:-Yes. Your post can be deleted. Go to Profile (View Full Profile) in that select View My Posts and then you can delete your respective post.

Q. Can I log in with same mobile number in two different mobile phones?

A:- No. You will have to log out from first mobile phone device to login in another mobile phone device.

Q. I have paid the amount but still it is not showing contract details, Why so? What should I do? Can I get refund?

A:- There might be a digital download issue. You should contact customer care whose WhatsApp number link is provided on the home page of App. Refund is not applicable because you have paid SeekHelp App for the service you have already used for a month and you have not done any advance payment.

Q. Can I make payment via GooglePay, Phonepay, BHIM, Paytm or net banking directly to customer care executive to View more details?

A:- No. The payment has to be done though payment gate way only so that system will identify the same. The App is designed in that way.

Q. Does Rent Agreement include Police Verification?

A:-This only includes police intimation & not verification.

Q. Can I get to see posts only from Pune location?

A:-Yes. With the help of filter option the data can be filtered location wise, activity wise, etc

Q. I don’t remember my password, what should I do?

A:-You can use forgot password option. Please note the email id that you had registered should have been genuine.

Q. I want to post my requirement but don’t want phone calls. Only messages is Ok. What should I do?

A:- Yes, you can delete your contact number while posting your requirement which can restrict the calls to some extent and others can contact you through messages or email id if provided by you.

Q. What is the specialty of this App?

A:- You can get to know the ratings, recommendations & reviews about someone on the App.

Q. How to change my password?

A:- You can go to My Profile. There you can change your password.
