A:- Yes. But the customer can use the App for 1 month on credit and make the payment after 1month from the date of subscription.
A:-Yes. Your post can be deleted. Go to Profile (View Full Profile) in that select View My Posts and then you can delete your respective post.
A:- No. You will have to log out from first mobile phone device to login in another mobile phone device.
A:- There might be a digital download issue. You should contact customer care whose WhatsApp number link is provided on the home page of App. Refund is not applicable because you have paid SeekHelp App for the service you have already used for a month and you have not done any advance payment.
A:- No. The payment has to be done though payment gate way only so that system will identify the same. The App is designed in that way.
